My name is Carl Merrell I’m based in Runcorn, UKI started my apprenticeship when I was 25 and now entering my 10 years in tattooing my apprenticeship lasted couple months before I picked up a machine and was taught to do every style off tattoos to find my style I wanted to do going forward in my career, I’ve always been very artistic since I was little and started drawing more tattoo designs when I got my first tattoo when I was 18 and since then was instantly hooked to this profession and from then worked tirelessly day and night to improve my art and my tattooing skills and I’m always looking at different ways to improve these skills and I’m always learning everyday

I’m currently living in Runcorn, tattooing for 10 years, my style of tattooing I love to do is black and grey realism and colour realism but don’t mind doing other styles. Each tattoo I do I go above and beyond to make sure my clients are 100% happy with what they’ve got done. 

I’ve recently last year started to participate in tattoo conventions and have couple more coming up which I absolutely love doing and competing to try win my first convention award, since doing conventions I’ve learned a lot more from other amazing artist and has helped me grow as an artist and has also pushed me to refine my technique off tattooing
