Maidy is a passionate self-taught tattoo artist with over 15 years of professional experience. His fascination with tattooing ignited at the tender age of 6, leading him to pursue it as a career when he turned 20. Since then, Maidy has immersed himself in every facet of the industry, from building and tuning tattoo machines to studying intricate designs and the rich cultural histories behind various tattoo styles.

Throughout his career, he has refined his skills while working in multiple studios across the Oxfordshire area and collaborating with talented artists who have both inspired and challenged him. 

In 2021, Maidy took a bold step forward by establishing his own studio, UNHOLY THIRTEEN, where he continues to create art that resonates with his clients’ unique stories and personalities.

Maidy has been passionate about art from a young age, spending countless hours drawing and expressing himself creatively. In his early teens, he delved into graffiti and tattoo designs, showcasing his evolving artistic journey. An inspiring secondary school art teacher expanded his horizons, introducing him to diverse styles and techniques, encouraging him to think critically about art. While Maidy primarily works in black and gray, he refuses to limit himself to a single style enjoying the freedom to blend various elements in his creations. His favourite themes are tattooing horror and portrait pieces, where he truly shines and showcases his unique vision.
