Amel is a Belgian Artist who’s living in a country place near Namur. She comes from the Architectural and construction world, where she made the most part of her professional carier. She is drawing since she is a kid. Side of her technical and scientific formation, she learnt the Academic Drawing. She still practice illustration and drawing by example for the  music band jackets. At 37 years old, she learnt the basis of tattooing coached by some professional artists. It’s in 2021 that she founds Amel’ink Tattoo Studio. The studio stay now in Couillet, near Charleroi. She still learning, trying new technics, inspired by Neo-traditionnal artists, realism and naturalism.Amel has voluntary adopted a polyvalent position in her work, in response to the demand and to apprehend the technic of each tattoo project from the the most minimalist to the most realistic, in black and grey and in color.

The expression of the naturalistic beauty, the sensibility and the emotions are the three constant in her work. She is always trying to create a poetic atmosphere who wants to make readable the back meaning. Today, this is what the people is looking for when they come to her studio for a tattoo project. Influenced by the precision of the architectural drawing, by the beauty of the composition of the Neo-traditional pieces ans by the details of the naturalistic drawing, she address issues who are various the she express in a style in the half way between neo-traditionnal and realism in vintage colors or grey. Her favorite subjects are Nature, Birds, Spirituality.
