Antoine La Hava

 Paris, France

I am a 32-year-old French tattoo artist. My creative journey is deeply rooted in my DNA; though my grandfather passed away early and I never met him, he was a passionate draftsman, and I inherited his artistic genes. I started tattooing in my bedroom, overcoming early skepticism from my mother, who initially saw it as a path for rogues before becoming my proudest supporter. Driven by this legacy and raw determination, I officially founded La Havana Tattoo studio in 2017. Over the past nine years, it has evolved into a dedicated collaborative space where I work alongside close friends. For me, tattooing is a continuous personal refuge and an evolution built on deep humility and resilience.

Based in Pontoise, a historic city located just 30 kilometers from Paris, I specialize in Black & Grey hyper-realism. My work focuses on intense contrast and the honesty of fine details. This artistic search for deep contrast mirrors my personal life; losing my daughter at birth completely shifted my perspective, giving me an unbreakable strength to push my craft forward. Seeking to break from routine, I brought my vision to the U.S. scene by participating twice in the All Stars Tattoo Convention in Miami. This global exposure led to regular guest spots in Miami and high-end collaborations with major American brands like Proper, letting my raw work speak for itself.
