My name is Daniel Barreto, I have been a tattoo artist for 12 years and I am Brazilian, from the city of Florianópolis, in the south of Brazil, an island surrounded by beaches. I have loved drawing since I was a child, and art has always been part of my life.I started getting involved with tattooing by chance, still as a teenager, and since then I fell in love with this world. When I started, learning was much harder: there was limited access to the internet, few courses, and almost no tattoo artists willing to teach beginners. Because of that, I learned on my own, in a self-taught way, through practice, mistakes, and constant study.Tattooing was never just a career choice, but a path that appeared naturally, joining my love for drawing with my desire to live from art.

Today I work at the No Regrets studio in Bristol, England. I have had two studios in Brazil and also lived for a period in London before returning and continuing my career in my country.My main style is concept tattoo, which mixes realism with geometric shapes, lines, and modern compositions. I also work with micro realism and surrealism, but concept is where I feel most connected and where I place my creative focus.I really enjoy doing guest spots, meeting new artists, and working in new studios. I see these experiences as exchange and growth. From this year on, I plan to travel more around Europe to do guest spots, experience new cultures, and keep evolving as an artist.
