Eddie Tattoo

📍Lyon, France

I got interested in tattooing when I was 17, after my dad got his first tattoo. I immediately knew this was meant for me, and I was determined to make my place in it. A shop opened its doors to me shortly after. I didn’t have a mentor, but I was lucky to be self-taught in a professional tattoo studio environment. This allowed me to grow quickly alongside other beginner artists and experienced guest tattooers.Over the years, my style and skills have evolved to bring to life the wild projects entrusted to me. Inclusivity, kindness and patience are part of my practice — that’s how I’ve built a trusting and lasting relationship with my clients.

This year, I’m proudly celebrating 11 years as a tattoo artist. My clients have followed me through every move, every style, and every tattoo shop.Neo-traditional was my first inspiration, and you can still see it in my work today. I’ve now found my place in floral and ornamental blackwork, where Japanese and Art Nouveau influences flow freely with my inspiration. My work is all about delicate curves, solid black areas, fine lines — basically, strong contrasts. This year, I’m back on the tattoo convention circuit, and I’m so excited to hit the roads of France againI’m endlessly grateful to have had the chance and opportunity to ink so many people with my creations.
