My name is Giampiero Giulio, a Sicilian tattoo artist based in Canicattì. I graduated from the Art Institute, and since childhood I have devoted much of my time to drawing and painting, particularly oil painting. Inspired by the idea of leaving a permanent mark, I chose to attend an academy, and in 2014 I began my journey into the world of tattooing, adapting and experimenting with different styles. From the very beginning, my work has been centered on the pursuit of detail and precision in every stroke. Each tattoo is a new challenge to overcome, and every day I strive to exceed both my own expectations and those of my clients. After various collaborations, since 2024 I have been the owner of Skin Art studio in Canicattì.

For years, I explored various styles — from old school and Japanese to black-and-white cartoon and illustrative work. In recent years, I’ve dedicated most of my focus to blackwork, fine line, and black-and-white realism — styles that allow me to express my technique and my personal concept of tattooing. These are the styles through which I have been able to grow artistically and earn awards at various conventions.What I try to create in my tattoos is a bridge between aesthetics and storytelling. Among my pieces, there is one in particular that represents my journey: “Ambition.” It symbolizes the guiding line I follow every day, both in my work and in my life, as I continue striving to evolve and grow.
