I have always loved art, drawing whenever possible. At age 10 | would draw tattoos on action men and myself... As soon as I could I was in the local tattoo shop getting tattooed... I always dreamt of being a tattoo artist but had alot of self doubt that I wouldn’t be good enough so never persued it until I met my wife who gave me the confidence and support to go for it... Unfortunately I couldn’t secure a full time apprenticeship so I found a paid one doing as much as I could afford learning the basics then over the years fine tuning my skillset.

My favourite style has to be realism I think you get that wow factor although I do really like Japanese work as well, whether it’s colour or black and grey I enjoy doing both and think it’s down to the design and what would complement it more and the clients preference of course! I’m planning on working York international convention this year which will be my first convention so I’m excited to get involved, I’m working on a design to enter into the colour realism category fingers crossed I can get in the top three and I’ll be over the moon!
