I am Jean Carlos Zamora, professionally known as JC Ink. My passion for drawing began in childhood while I was living in Ecuador. At 16, I moved to Spain, where friends often encouraged me to pursue tattooing. At the time, I would answer, “On paper I can erase, on skin I cannot.”

Everything changed when I watched my uncle tattoo during a visit to Madrid. He believed in my talent and encouraged me to buy my first machine, even offering his own skin for my first tattoo. That moment marked the beginning of my journey.

I later studied drawing and painting and completed a professional course at the European Tattoo School in 2013, when I officially began my career.

I specialize in black and grey hyperrealism, focusing on striking imagery, emotional expression, and strong composition. My work is defined by precision, contrast, and depth, creating tattoos that age well and maintain powerful visual impact over time.

Throughout my career, I have participated in several tattoo conventions across Europe, including Barcelona, which has allowed me to connect with artists and clients from different countries. These experiences have given me the opportunity to travel and work in studios across Europe, including Germany, Sweden, and the Netherlands, expanding both my professional experience and artistic perspective.

My goal is to continue growing internationally while creating timeless and meaningful artwork for every client who trusts me.
