My name is Petteri Korpi. Born and raised on the edge of the city in Turku, Finland. I’ve always had hobbies and some kind of projects that involved working with hands or being meticulous. About 5 years ago, i picked up a tattoo machine for the first time due to pressure from a friend and i’ve been hooked ever since. When i was young, i drew a lot with just pencil and black markers. Cars and graffiti were the coolest things to draw for a young man back then. Bicycles and motorcycles were immediately sprayed with spray paint as soon as i got them. How did i learn everything? ”Got my hands from my father and eyes from my mother”.

I have my own small studio in the centrum of Turku where i implement my ideas. Due to my young age i still try to do a bit everything, but clearly black & gray realism/surrealism/abstract is the thing i enjoy doing the most. I really enjoy combining these styles to create a well balanced whole. I look forward to seeing how my own style and desings will develop along the way. I’ll give this my all and let’s see how far i can take this as an artist.
