One of Romi’s earliest memories is holding a coloured pencil — the spark that ignited her lifelong passion for art. She grew up in a small historical Slovak town of 80,000 and later studied fashion design, where she honed her sense of detail and visual storytelling. Shortly after finishing school and just past her 19th birthday, she packed a small backpack half-filled with art supplies, bought a one-way coach ticket, and within three days was on the road to the UK. What began as a leap into the unknown became the adventure of a lifetime, shaping her career and her life. Today, Romi is proud of her teenage son, who is already following his own artistic path.

For Romi, tattooing is more than a profession — it’s an ongoing adventure of growth and discovery. With over 15 years of experience, she continues to learn, evolve, and refine her craft, whether through black and grey, colour hyper-realism, surrealism, or oil-painting–inspired designs. In 2023, she opened her own studio, creating a space where creativity and ambition could flourish. Beyond technique, Romi believes tattoos have the power to transform: they can change lives, spark confidence, and bring happiness. Her work has also opened doors to travel, offering new experiences and connections across borders. Every piece she creates is part of the adventure she shares with her clients.
