Lou was born and raised in Kortrijk, Belgium, where her passion for art began at the age of eleven. Drawing quickly became more than a hobby, especially her realistic work on paper. At eighteen, feeling less motivated to continue traditional drawing, people close to her encouraged her to explore tattooing. She began practicing on fake skin for over a year, immediately falling in love with the craft. Gradually, she started tattooing friends before joining Revolver Tattooshop in Kortrijk. Mostly self-taught, with guidance from experienced tattoo artists, Lou built her skills through dedication and persistence. Today, through Tattoo by Lou, she continues to grow, combining fine line and realistic work with confidence and precision.
