I’m Vova Havry, a tattoo artist based in Halifax, Canada. I’m originally from Ukraine, and currently I work at Ethereal Tattoos. My main focus is high-saturation anime tattoos, mixed with illustrative and neo-traditional styles.

I’ve always loved how dynamic anime art is, and my goal is to bring that energy onto the skin. I put a lot of effort into color theory and clean outlines to make sure every character looks as sharp and vibrant as they do on screen. For me, it’s not just about copying a picture, but about creating a custom piece that fits the person’s body and flow perfectly.

In my daily life, I try to keep a solid balance between being a dedicated artist and just staying healthy and focused. I feel like my work has recently reached a new, higher level, and that’s mostly because I stopped rushing and started putting more care into every single detail.

I spend a lot of time on my drawings and social media, trying to show people what high-quality anime tattooing looks like. It’s a lot of hard work, but seeing my projects get recognized in magazines and festivals makes it all worth it. I’m just trying to stay consistent and keep improving with every tattoo I do.
