I’m Andre Rosa, a Brazilian Tattoo Artist based in Sheffield-UK.I’m from a small town called Castelo, from the state of Espirito Santo, Brazil.When I was 18 I moved to the capital of my state to study publicity/advertising. When I graduated I worked as art director/graphic designer for some advertising agencies, and also did some freelance in photography and 3d modelling.When  complaining about life to a friend in a bar, he suggested I should start tattooing. Then I bought one of those starter kit on eBay and started practicing on pig skin.Then after two months tattooing friends and some people at home, a tattooist invited me to work in his shop and that was just the start of my career.

My style is Blackwork, with a bit of a Sketch and Fineline details.When I was still living in Brazil, I was invited to do a guest spot in The Netherlands, when I returned to Brazil I realised that I wanted to travel more so I moved to Italy, then Finland and now I’m currently based in the UK.I love to work in Tattoo Conventions, I’ve done quite a few Tattoo Weeks in Brazil (Sao Paulo and Rio), Oulu Tattoo in Finland, Leeds Tattoo Expo, Sheffield Tattoo Festival and Tattoo Tea Party in Manchester in the UK.And you can always find me in my shop Devils Mark Tattoo in Sheffield in England.
