Dmytro Shcherbakov

Dmytro was born and raised in the small town of Novhorod-Siverskyi in northern Ukraine. His passion for art began early, exploring theater, film, music, but most of all, drawing. After high school, he passed an art competition and entered Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, earning a bachelor’s degree in Computer Interior and Furniture Design. He later studied Architecture in Warsaw, Poland, where he discovered tattooing. Since 2017, after completing tattoo courses, he worked as a tattoo artist in Poland and Ukraine, traveling for guest spots in Germany and Belgium. From 2022, he worked across Europe: Latvia, Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. In 2024, he moved to the U.S. and now works at Logan Square Tattoo in Chicago.


Driven by a passion for travel, discovering new cultures, and understanding diverse mentalities, Dmytro has visited numerous tattoo studios across Europe since 2021, building a diverse international clientele. Now continuing his journey in the U.S., he quickly gained recognition, winning awards at the Chicago Tattoo Arts Festival by Villain Arts: 1st place in Cover-Up, 3rd in Geometric/Tribal, and 3rd in Japanese. His style has evolved over the years, now focusing on graphic and neo-tribal designs known for their bold, stylish, and modern appeal, characterized by intricate details and striking visual compositions. Dmytro remains dedicated to his craft and aims to keep inspiring clients worldwide with new, captivating art for years to come.
