The earliest memory I have of wanting to tattoo was around 12 years old. At school, when asked as a class “what we would all like to be when grown up?” - tattoo artist was my answer, and it has never changed. From a young age I was heavily influenced by punk rock and alternative music. My favourite bands covered in tattoos fascinated me and I couldn’t wait to get tattooed myself. I’ve worked in studios since the age of 16, studied art diplomas in between, and finally landed an apprenticeship in 2013. I couldn’t think about doing anything else.

Although I would be known most for my realism and chrome work - I would consider myself an ‘all-rounder’ type of tattooer, catering for all styles. Early on in my career I taught myself to be open and enjoy all elements of tattooing. From the fundamentals to the flair, knowledge is power and in this industry you will never stop learning. I take the opportunity to learn outside of the studio, regularly attending tattoo conventions. In the last year I have been fortunate enough to win awards in varying styles including black and grey, Japanese and cover up work. Different environments inspire me and help me to be creative and driven, as I look forward to the next 12 years tattooing.
